Mussedo was designed to give you a new perspective on your life and the events that matter. We take the approach that "when" is just as important as the event itself. This concept that the "when" is just as important as the "what" led us to the countdown approach of todo management. In Mussedo, all events with a start date are shown grouped by day and have the weeks, days, hours, minutes and seconds until the event starts. We feel this is a revolutionary new way to look at your life.
Mussedo is great for professionals, students, creatives and GTD-freaks with the following major features:
• Scheduled events and todo items.
• Archive of past events and todo items.
• Tags, Locations and Notes for all events and todo items.
• All-day vs. specific time for scheduling of events.
• Live search of all current or archived events and todo items.
• Time-oriented viewing of events.
Countdown to events
Mussedo’s time-oriented interface is its keystone. Every scheduled event is shown broken down by day and includes a countdown style display for events. This method focuses on “when” the event happens as much as it does on “what” the event is.
What’s in an Event
Every event has a title, from there events can be customized by adding a description, start date, tags, location and a note. An event’s start date can be set to a specific time, given All-day status or made into a todo item simply by having no start date.
Types of Events
There are two types of events in Mussedo, Scheduled events and Todo items. They’re both created the same way, whether they’re classified as a scheduled event or todo item depends on whether you assign a start date, it’s that simple.
Mussedo breaks events and todo items into seven categories on the Directory: Upcoming, Unscheduled, Scheduled, Current, Archived, by Tags and Location. Quickly get an overview of events happening in the next few days with the Upcoming list, use the Unscheduled list to see all todo items, Scheduled for all events or see both events and todo items in Current, Archived shows all archived events and todo items.
